Sao Viet Sport is committed to providing high-quality sports products and the best after-sales service for customers. Our warranty policy is designed to ensure maximum customer benefits when shopping and using products at Sao Viet Sport.

Warranty Conditions

  • Products distributed by SaoViet Sport.
  • Products with technical defects from the manufacturer.
  • Damage during transportation.
  • Incorrect size specifications according to the agreement.
  • Customers must present the purchase invoice or warranty card.

Warranty Process

  • Customers contact SaoViet Sport via hotline or email to report the issue.
  • Bring the product and related documents (invoice, warranty card) to SaoViet Sport’s warranty center.
  • Technical staff will check and determine the product’s defect.
  • If the defect is due to the manufacturer or damage during transportation, SaoViet Sport will provide a one-for-one exchange warranty for the customer.

Cases Not Covered by Warranty

  • Products distributed by other entities.
  • Damage caused by the user (tears after use, improper use).
  • Products repaired elsewhere that is not an official SaoViet Sport warranty center.
  • Products deformed due to environmental factors (mold, explosion, etc.).

Customer Benefits

  • Product replacement within the first 7 days after confirmation from the manufacturer.
  • No shipping fees for product returns and exchanges.
