Warranty Conditions
- Products distributed by SaoViet Sport.
- Products with technical defects from the manufacturer.
- Damage during transportation.
- Incorrect size specifications according to the agreement.
- Customers must present the purchase invoice or warranty card.
Warranty Process
- Customers contact SaoViet Sport via hotline or email to report the issue.
- Bring the product and related documents (invoice, warranty card) to SaoViet Sport’s warranty center.
- Technical staff will check and determine the product’s defect.
- If the defect is due to the manufacturer or damage during transportation, SaoViet Sport will provide a one-for-one exchange warranty for the customer.
Cases Not Covered by Warranty
- Products distributed by other entities.
- Damage caused by the user (tears after use, improper use).
- Products repaired elsewhere that is not an official SaoViet Sport warranty center.
- Products deformed due to environmental factors (mold, explosion, etc.).
Customer Benefits
- Product replacement within the first 7 days after confirmation from the manufacturer.
- No shipping fees for product returns and exchanges.
