1. Definition
Inspection involves checking and comparing the products/goods received in a shipment sent by saovietsport.vn with the products in the order requested by the customer.
2. Timing of Inspection
saovietsport.vn allows customers to inspect with the delivery staff at the time of receipt (or within 30 minutes of receiving the goods).
After receiving the goods, if the customer discovers any discrepancies, they can contact the customer service department for assistance with returns or exchanges.
Note: Please record a video while unboxing the goods for reference if needed.
3. Scope of Goods Inspection
Customers can check the quantity of products received and compare them with the products ordered according to the following criteria:
- Basic attributes of the goods: item name, quantity, customer information on the order documents.
- Product model as displayed by the representative image of the product saved at the time of order and after order confirmation by the staff.
- Do not open or remove products with seals or security tags.
- Do not scratch off codes from products with point collection or gift exchange options.
- Please do not open or use any products in the shipment if there are issues during the inspection process with us.
4. Handling Incorrect Orders
If, upon inspection, the received products do not match the order, please contact the hotline to connect with the customer service department for order verification.
If saovietsport.vn mistakenly ships an incorrect order as requested by the customer, the customer may refuse to accept the goods and not make payment. If the order has already been paid for, the customer may request a replacement order or a refund. saovietsport.vn will refund the customer as soon as possible.
