1. Delivery Methods

We offer two delivery methods:

  • Customers can purchase directly at our store.
  • Shipping through a third-party delivery service.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated shipping time is between 2 to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

However, there are cases where the delivery may take longer due to unavoidable circumstances, such as:

  • Our staff is unable to contact the customer by phone, making it impossible to deliver the goods.
  • The delivery address provided is incorrect or difficult to locate.
  • A sudden surge in order volume causes delays in processing orders.
  • Delays from our suppliers or third-party delivery services result in extended delivery times.

Regarding shipping fees, we use external shipping services, so the shipping costs will be calculated according to the fees of the respective service providers based on the location and weight of the order. The specific fee will be communicated to the customer when confirming the order.

3. Geographic Restrictions for Delivery

For provincial customers purchasing in bulk or wholesale, we will use the delivery services of transport companies. The fees will be calculated according to the rates of these service providers or as per the agreement in the contract between the two parties.

The responsibility for providing shipping documents during the delivery process rests with saovietsport.vn.

4. Obligations of the Carrier

The carrier is responsible for providing shipping documents upon delivery from the hiring party.

They must ensure that the goods are fully and safely delivered to the designated location within the agreed time frame.

The carrier must deliver the goods to the authorized recipient.

All transportation-related costs must be paid as agreed.

The carrier must compensate the hiring party for any loss or damage to the goods, unless otherwise agreed or stipulated by law.

5. Rights of the Carrier

The carrier has the right to verify the authenticity of the goods, the bill of lading, or other equivalent transport documents.

The carrier may refuse to transport goods that do not match the type of goods agreed upon in the contract.

The carrier has the right to demand full and timely payment of shipping fees from the hiring party.

The carrier may refuse to transport prohibited goods, dangerous goods, or hazardous materials.

6. Obligations of the Hiring Party

The hiring party must pay the full transportation fee to the carrier as agreed in terms of time and method.

They must provide necessary information related to the goods to ensure the safe transport of the items.

7. Rights of the Hiring Party

The hiring party has the right to request that the carrier deliver the goods to the agreed location and time.

They may receive the goods themselves or appoint a third party to receive the goods on their behalf.

8. Responsibility for Goods Damaged During Transport

Regarding the provision of shipping documents during the delivery process:

In the event of goods being damaged during transport, whether the order was shipped by our store or a third-party carrier, we will take responsibility for resolving the issue with the customer.

Customers have the right to refuse the product and request an exchange or refund according to our “exchange and refund” policy. Any issues that arise will be resolved with the third-party delivery partner according to the cooperation agreement between our company and the service provider.

Note: In the event of any delays in delivery, we will promptly inform the customer. The customer may choose to cancel the order or continue to wait for the goods.
